Dass Österreich im IMD-Ranking als wenig fit für die Zukunft abgestempelt wird, liegt auch daran, dass das Land in der Rubrik „Anpassungsfähigkeit“ nur auf dem 60. Rang steht. Bei „Einstellung zur Globalisierung“ sogar nur auf Platz 62.

„Wir müssen weg von der inkrementellen Verbesserung und damit anfangen, Prozesse und Geschäftsmodelle radikal neu zu denken“, sagt Zettel. Marks and Spencer (M&S) has terminated a key IT contract with long-time partner Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), months after a devastating cyberattack hit the retailer.
